Welcome to Pregnancy Yoga with Hypnobirthing online classes
These online Zoom classes will teach you how to stay healthy, get your baby in the optimal position, and how you, as the parent, can help your baby to be born. The techniques and exercises you learn are efficient and lead to many mums having a more natural, shorter birth!
Our weekly online classes focus on movements, postures, breathing and relaxation, with types ideal for morning and evening practice. Each class provides information and tips on working with your body and hypnobirthing techniques to help release fear and tension. Each class has a unique approach to help you develop a regular practice.
No experience is necessary; you can start anytime from your 20th week, and it is safe to practice right up to your birth.
