Welcome to Pregnancy Yoga with Hypnobirthing Online

In these challenging times, to support our mums-to-be we now have an online membership where you can join a class at any time in the comfort of your own home.

These online classes will teach you how to stay healthy, get baby in the optimal position, and how you, as the parent, can help your baby to be born. The techniques and exercises you learn are very practical and lead to many mums having a more natural, shorter birth!

Our Thrive membership has a variety of online classes focussing on movements, postures, breathing and relaxation with types ideal for both morning and evening practice. There are lots of information and tips on working with your body and the use of hypnobirthing techniques to help release fear and tension. Each class has a unique approach to help you develop a regular practice.

No experience is necessary you can start anytime from your 20th week, and it is safe to practice right up to your birth.
