Being under pressure, too much pressure or prolonged pressure, can lead to stress, which is unhealthy for both the mind and body. This becomes a habitual distraction that spirals out of control that could eventually lead to: high blood pressure, anxiety and depression

Stress can cause symptoms such as:

excess weight

difficulty concentrating

lack of motivation

negative thinking
